Laurelle is Dr Richards' practice manager. In addition to her secretarial skills she is a double certificate nursing sister and has been with the practice for six years. She is ably assisted by Jill who runs the practice on Fridays.

Annie is a triple certificate nursing sister and manages Dr Richards' minor operating theatre in the rooms. She assists during surgical procedures and also removes sutures and attends to dressings. Annie can also deal with any questions that may arise during the pre or post operative period.
